Our History

Fu Fong Plastics was registered on 18th April 1990 under Business Registration Act 1956 and started its business operation in a factory premises at No. 23, Jalan Kluang, Off Batu, Jalan Kapar, Klang 41400, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.

In the initial years, the business was managed solely by its owner with assistance of her brother and a few machine operators. With sheer hard work and determination, Madam Lim Pit Ha, the sole proprietor, managed to build up the business, and is currently enjoying rapid growth with products receiving popularity marked with high quality, good service and competitiveness. The Company is poised for further development and expansion.

At year 20 May 2005, Fu Fong Plastic had change the company name to Fu Fong Plastic Industries S/B.

Currently the company is engaged in production of its own products for both local and overseas markets besides the regular contract manufacturing of packaging products for its loyal customers. Manufacturing Process & Quality

The production of plastic injection moulded products is a highly skilled process involving high technology and experience. Different levels of technology will be applied in the process depending on the types of plastic injection moulded products and the ion of quality required.

There is a wide range of products ranging from household products, bakery utensil, packaging, auto parts, toys and souvenir, electronic parts, medical products and more.

The manufacturing process involves concept and design, preparation of moulds, installation of the mould onto the machine, setting up of production requirements, loading of plastic resins which are already prepared, moulding, cooling, inspection of finished products for quality control and packing.

The Quality of the plastic products is of a high standard and to ensure the consistency of the quality standard, the company has to insist on the following points:-

• We need to direct our strengths of our company to let our customers feel like we are the best and only manufacturer they should do business with ...
• Regular maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure their efficient condition.
• Use fresh plastic resins of food grade.
• Use coloring of food grade.
• Employ skilled and experience machine operators to run the machines.
• Provide sample for customers to approve the quality and color before actual run of the product.
• The technician and supervisor must always keep an eye on the whole manufacturing process to ensure quality.
